Om verksamheten Regionservice uppdrag är att leda, utveckla, utföra och effektivisera servicetjänster till Hälso- och sjukvården och övriga verksamheter inom och i samverkan med Region Dalarna. Detta gör vi inom områden som t.ex. fastighetsdrift, kost & måltid, logistik, lokalvård och Vårdnära service. Vi skapar förutsättningar för att alla verksamheter inom Region Dalarna ska kunna bedriva sin verksamhet på ett bra sätt vilket är ett uppdrag vi tar på stort allvar. Regionservice har ca 550 medarbetare och omsätter ca 400 MSEK. Verksamheten är kvalitetscertifierad enligt ISO 9001 och miljöcertifierad enligt ISO 14001. Vi är en förvaltning i ständig utveckling med en dynamisk vardag - och det gillar vi.  Arbetsuppgifter Vill du bli en viktig del av Region Dalarna som Drifttekniker. Vi utökar nu vår organisation med en tekniker med inriktning mot Brand. Som tekniker kommer du att arbeta i en bred roll inom fastighetsteknik, förbyggande underhåll, felavhjälpande underhåll av fastighetstekniska installationer inom bland annat ventilation, kyla, värme, brandskydd, kraft, reservkraft mm. Du jobbar i huvudsak med skötsel av Region Dalarnas fastigheter inom Falu Lasaretts driftområde. Arbetsgruppen består i dag av drygt 20 medarbetare, de är ett glatt gäng med en bra mix av tjejer och killar. Till din hjälp har du andra drifttekniker, specialister och processägare som arbetar inom fastighetsdriften. Beredskapstjänstgöring ingår i tjänsten. Kvalifikationer För att arbeta som drifttekniker vid fastighetsdrift Falun krävs att du: har erfarenhet av eller är utbildad inom område driftteknik eller har en utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdigt har körkort med lägst B-behörighet (manuell) behärskar svenska i tal och skrift hemadress i närområde (ca 30min med bil för beredskap) Meriterande för tjänsten är: erfarenhet av arbete med brandunderhåll erfarenhet av arbete med styrprogram tex Siemens eller Schneider erfarenhet inom underhåll och service av fastigheter erfarenhet/utbildning inom El. goda datakunskaper tidigare erfarenhet från beredskapsarbete tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta i nära kontakt med leverantörer och kunder Som person ska du ha en god samarbetsförmåga och kunna arbeta både i grupp och individuellt.
