Vi söker dig som har ett stort IT-intresse, kunskaper och erfarenheter som kan berika vår digitaliseringsresa och som vill vara med och göra skillnad i samhället inom just din profession. Arbetsbeskrivning För att stärka vårt arbete med IT-tjänstehantering söker vi en Metodansvarig tjänstefiering (ITIL). Du blir nyckelpersonen som säkerställer att vårt metodstöd för IT-tjänster är effektivt, användarvänligt och i linje med verksamhetens mål enligt ITIL-ramverket. I rollen ansvarar du för att utveckla, implementera och förbättra metoden för IT-tjänster enligt ITIL 4. Du blir en viktig länk mellan IT och verksamheten och driver arbetet med att paketera våra IT-resurser som tjänster som skapar verklig nytta. Du ansvarar även för att vidareutveckla metodstödet och stötta våra coacher i arbetet med att utveckla, förvalta och avveckla tjänster. Du genomför processrevisioner, föreslår förbättringar samt säkerställer att processerna är dokumenterade och efterlevs. Våra applikationsenheter består av sektioner och grupper som levererar via team med ansvar för olika områden och applikationer. Vi arbetar främst inom Microsoft, men även med Linux, Docker och Kubernetes. Många applikationer är egenutvecklade och hostas främst On-Prem. Dina arbetsuppgifter beroende på domän: - Skapa förutsättning för att driva oss framåt vad gäller effektivitet, kvalitet och säkerhet - Utmana och förbättra arbetssätt inom applikationsutveckling - Coacha och stödja i process och arbetssätt - Jobba tillsammans med våra processledare inom ITIL och Kriminalvårdens IT utvecklingsprocess (Kit-Up) Kvalifikationer För rollen som expert söker vi dig som arbetar bra med andra och relaterar till dem på ett lyhört och smidigt sätt.
