Ronneby Miljö & Teknik söker Processingenjör Fjärrvärme & Kyla Vi söker nu en Processingenjör till vår avdelning Fjärrvärme & Kyla – en ny roll som skapats för att stärka vår långsiktiga utveckling inom produktion, processutveckling och digitalisering. Du kommer att spela en viktig roll i vår fortsatta utveckling där fokus ligger på att förbättra och effektivisera våra produktionsprocesser, driva utvecklingsprojekt och bidra till vår digitala transformation samt förflyttning av verksamheten framåt. Som Processingenjör får du en central roll i verksamheten där du arbetar med att effektivisera processer, utveckla arbetssätt och bidra till utvecklingen av framtidens energiproduktion i Ronneby. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden Leda och delta i tekniska projekt som bidrar till utvecklingen av vår produktionsverksamhet. Ansvara för statistik, nyckeltal och årsplanering samt ta fram analyser och beslutsunderlag som stöd för verksamhetens utveckling. Följa upp och analysera driftdata för att identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter inom produktion och processer. Bidra till ökad processförståelse och utveckling av arbetssätt genom kunskapsdelning, utbildning och stöd till verksamheten. Ansvara för utveckling och optimering av systemstöd och digitala lösningar kopplade till produktionen. Rollen utgår från Sörbyverket i Ronneby, men du har även möjlighet att arbeta på distans 1–2 dagar i veckan när verksamheten tillåter. Om dig Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet från kraftvärme, energiproduktion eller processindustri och som trivs i en roll där teknik, analys och utveckling går hand i hand. Du är utbildad ingenjör inom ett relevant område – exempelvis energi, maskin, sjöingenjör eller motsvarande. Det är viktigt att du har goda kunskaper i både svenska och engelska samt B-körkort. System Engineer
The opportunity Are you ready to join a dynamic team at the forefront of cooling systems innovation? Hitachi Energy Cooling Systems is in an exciting growth phase, and we are now looking for a driven individual to strengthen our System Engineering team, which currently consists of 11 colleagues. As a System Engineer, you will work in projects and collaborate closely with other engineering teams responsible for the mechanical design of pump stations, external piping systems, and electrical design. Our team is based in Landskrona. We are a strong team with broad expertise, where collaboration is always a priority. How you'll make an impact Take responsibility for the mechanical functions of the system during system design, including pipe sizing, preparation of flow diagrams, and selection of components such as pumps, motors, coolers, and instruments. Prepare purchasing specifications for major components and handle technical matters with our suppliers. Perform sizing and design calculations for vessels and other in-house designed components. Support the sales team with technical questions during the quotation stage. Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and other departments, which will be an essential part of your work. Your background Experience working with system engineering, fluid dynamics, piping design, or structural calculations and a post-secondary education in a relevant field. Experience working in different types of projects, preferably within an industrial environment. Several years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of industrial cooling, water treatment, wastewater treatment, biogas, marine applications, oil and gas, or nuclear power is considered an advantage. Ability to work independently, take ownership of your responsibilities, and deliver the right results on time. Curiosity and ability to combine theoretical knowledge with practical application are highly valued. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken. Team Lithography At Silex, our Lithography team is central to transferring intricate designs onto substrates using advanced UV exposure equipment, an essential step in the fabrication of all our products. Together, we own the lithography equipment and processes, continuously monitoring performance and driving improvements. Our mission is to accelerate the introduction and development of new products while ensuring smooth, high-quality production In this role, you will: Develop, maintain and improve Lithography processes. Establish, and maintain routines and documentation. Handle stopped production batches and development material together with process integration engineers (PIs). Participate in process qualification of new equipment/materials and release to them production. Participate in the startup of new products, review specifications and process flows. Take responsibility for area equipment, improving the tool uptime, maintain and develop new standardized process modules. Collaboration with all levels of the organization and external vendors of the materials and equipment. We are looking for someone who has: A master's degree in engineering, specializing in Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field. Previous experience in an engineering role is considered an advantage, particularly experience in an industrial environment. An understanding of lithography techniques and semiconductor processing principles is considered an advantage. Principal Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering
Lyten Sweden is seeking a professional and experienced Principal Engineer withing Manufacturing Engineering function. The Principal Engineer is a senior technical leader responsible for defining, scaling, and optimizing manufacturing processes across one or multiple process areas. This role provides strategic direction, technical authority, and mentorship while driving the process development of next-generation battery technology. The Principal Engineer leads complex, high-impact initiatives from concept through industrialization, including process design, equipment strategy, and factory integration. Acting as a key interface between R&D, operations, quality, and external partners, the role ensures robust, scalable, and cost-efficient manufacturing solutions that support production ramp-up and long-term operational excellence. In addition to hands-on technical contribution, the Principal Engineer establishes engineering standards, drives cross-site alignment, and shapes the technology roadmap for manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Strategy Define and own process technology strategy and roadmap for assigned manufacturing areas. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and technical authority across multiple process domains. Establish engineering standards, best practices, and design guidelines across the organization. Drive alignment between R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure scalable process development. Process & Equipment Development Lead the development of advanced process and equipment specifications for new and existing manufacturing systems. Identify, evaluate, and select strategic equipment suppliers and technology partners. Oversee and lead design reviews with equipment suppliers, ensuring technical rigor and scalability. Provide guidance and oversight for process development from pilot through high-volume production. Program & Project Leadership Lead large-scale, complex equipment and process development projects with significant business impact. Guide cross-functional project teams through all phases: concept, design, FAT, SAT, commissioning, validation, and ramp-up. Act as escalation point for critical technical challenges across projects and sites. Equipment Lifecycle Management Provide leadership and governance for installation, commissioning, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) of manufacturing equipment. Ensure lifecycle strategies are in place for equipment reliability, maintainability, and performance optimization. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Identify and lead high-impact continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. Drive improvements in yield, throughput, cost, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Establish and track process capability metrics and KPIs across production lines and sites. Troubleshooting & Advanced Problem Solving Lead complex root cause analysis (RCA) efforts, including 8D and A3 methodologies, for critical process or equipment failures. Provide hands-on expertise for resolution of escalated manufacturing challenges. Implement robust corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurrence. Data Analysis & Digitalization Leverage Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), advanced analytics, and statistical tools to monitor performance and drive optimization. Champion data-driven decision-making and digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing engineering. Governance & Documentation Approve and govern process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and equipment documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all processes. Coaching & Mentorship Mentor and develop process engineers, fostering technical growth and engineering excellence. Promote knowledge sharing and capability building across the engineering organization. Requirements Educational background and previous experience required for the role Qualifications and Experience University advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) or Master degree Mechanical Design, or related field. Minimum of 15 years in cell development or battery manufacturing engineering in senior technical roles Proven track record in advanced cell technologies, including lithium-ion, solid-state, or next-gen battery chemistries. Strong team management and mentorship abilities, with experience managing teams Ability to set a clear vision and execute strategies that balance innovation with practical, scalable solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive teams and stakeholders.
