Cash Management Analyst

About the Role: We are seeking a Cash Management Analyst to join our Treasury team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's bank accounts, ensuring payments are executed accurately and on time, and that sufficient balances are maintained across all accounts. You will work closely with accounting colleagues and act as an operational point of contact towards our partner banks. The role reports to the Head of Group Treasury and is an opportunity to develop within a growing treasury function. Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer the company's bank accounts, including setting up new accounts with the banks used. Execute and quality-assure bank payments in line with established procedures and approval rules. Monitor liquidity on a daily basis, ensuring sufficient balances across all accounts and initiating transfers where needed. Support cash flow forecasting and internal reporting of the group's liquidity position. Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies together with accounting. Act as an operational point of contact towards the banks. Contribute to the improvement and automation of cash management processes, and to the documentation of routines. Key Requirements: Previous experience from banking, treasury, accounting, or a similar operational finance environment. Proactive and independent approach to work, with a strong ability to drive results and manage key processes. Strong Excel proficiency and experience from using AI in daily work. The partner needs a tax manager to coordinate corporate tax, indirect tax and transfer pricing across a growing group. You will combine compliance oversight with practical advice on business change, cross border activity and finance processes. The finance environment values accuracy, traceability and practical improvement. Work should withstand review, make ownership clear and reduce the recurring manual effort or uncertainty that weakens later reporting and decisions. How you will work You will collaborate across entity finance, shared services and business teams while owning defined parts of the financial cycle. The partner expects issues to be investigated to root cause, conclusions to be documented and improvements to remain workable at the next close. As a manager, you will balance delivery, professional standards and development of the people around you. The partner expects clear priorities, timely decisions and leadership that remains present when work becomes sensitive or operationally difficult. You will be accountable for both outcomes and the environment used to achieve them. What you will do Own the tax calendar and coordinate compliant filings. A background that can succeed here Your background may be a tax advisory firm, group tax function, audit or a senior accounting role with deep tax responsibility. The partner needs someone who can be technically precise while giving business colleagues a clear, usable recommendation. Du arbetar i ett dynamiskt tempo där du svarar på allmänna frågor om folkbokföring från i första hand privatpersoner och vägleder dem i hur de bäst använder våra e-tjänster. Du skapar förtroende genom att vara lyhörd och ha ett gott bemötande. Frågorna kommer främst via telefon vilket innebär att du behöver vara bekväm med att tala i telefon med olika människor. Du tar själv ansvar för att uppdatera dig om nyheter och förändringar inom ditt arbetsområde. Med hjälp av olika digitala informationskanaler söker du också svar under samtalet med kunden. De flesta frågor är enkla och går snabbt att besvara, men en del är mer komplexa. I arbetet ingår också administrativa arbetsuppgifter som till exempel att skicka personbevis och olika blanketter.  I det här rollen har du kontinuerlig kontakt med kunder, och du möter en stor mångfald av människor. På Upplysningen har du schemalagd arbetstid. Det är önskvärt att du har aktuell och relevant arbetslivserfarenhet av kundservicearbete inom folkbokföring.  Bra att veta Anställningen är tidsbegränsad från och med 12 oktober 2026 till och med 31 december 2026. Det finns möjlighet att kombinera eventuella studier med arbetet som folkbokföringshandläggare då ledighet kan beviljas för studier efter avstämning med ansvarig chef.  I det här jobbet finns det på grund av arbetsuppgifternas karaktär inte möjlighet att arbeta hemifrån.
