Proven experience leading multi-site or international IT organizations and working in a cross-cultural environment. Collaboration with teams in India would be an advantage. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and Operational Technology (OT), including manufacturing environments such as MES, Industrial IoT and PLC-based systems.
