Om bolaget Vår uppdragsgivare är ett nytt bolag inom bilbranschen som etablerar sig som generalagent. Bolaget kommer att importera och sälja flera varumärken inom premiumsegmentet. Verksamheten byggs upp från grunden, vilket ger dig möjlighet att vara med och forma både bolaget och kulturen från start. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business and commercial objectives. Conduct market and competitor research to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Define target audiences, positioning, key messages, and marketing priorities for the local market. Monitor marketing performance and adjust strategies based on market feedback and business results. 2. Campaign & Demand Generation Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Manage lead-generation initiatives and coordinate campaigns throughout the customer journey. Develop and optimize digital marketing activities, including website, email, social media, search, and other relevant channels. Track campaign performance and provide regular analysis and recommendations. 3. Brand & Content Support the development and localization of brand messaging and marketing materials for the Swedish market. Coordinate the creation of marketing content, including presentations, case studies, articles, newsletters, social media content, and promotional materials. Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across local marketing activities. 4. Events & Partnerships Plan and coordinate local events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other marketing activities. Develop relationships with external partners, agencies, media, industry organizations, and other relevant stakeholders. Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing events and partnerships. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, Customer Success, and other functions to support commercial objectives. Partner with Sales to develop lead-generation programs and improve marketing-to-sales conversion. Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to adapt global strategies to local market requirements. 6. Budget & Performance Management Manage the local marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of marketing resources. Monitor campaign costs, performance metrics, and return on investment. Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to management. Job Requirements Education & Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial or lead marketing role. Experience from consumer electronics, household products/appliances, consumer durables, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of the consumer electronics and household products market, including target audiences, competitors, retail and e-commerce landscape, media channels, and market trends. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, especially with Sales, Business Development, Product, Customer Success, and regional/global marketing teams. Commercial mindset, results-oriented, proactive, creative, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment. Language & Other Requirements Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional Nordic language skills are a plus. Willingness to travel within Sweden and the Nordic region as required.

You also bring: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, KAM, Marketing or Category Management, preferably within FMCG. Experience working with distributors is an advantage. A strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into business opportunities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and a genuine passion for execution and delivering results. Experience with Nielsen, GfK and SAP is a strong advantage. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Willingness to travel within the Nordic and Baltic markets as required. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
