Job description The Branding, Marketing, and Communications Executive will be responsible for the positioning, brand, and awareness raising of the work and impact of the AquaBioTech Group internationally. The post holder will need to develop a communications strategy in line with AquaBioTech Group's international business plan, identifying key stakeholders, communication platforms, and/or channels with whom to engage to maximise our commercial business opportunities globally. This will include managing the yearly events calendar and budgets, liaising with external event coordinators, and devising appropriate news stories and content that align with key themes and issues faced by the sector. The post holder will be responsible for the overall use of the brand by stakeholders and third parties and will create and manage processes to ensure correct usage. They will have overall responsibility for all our social media channels, ensuring that engagement is strong and relevant. Overview of associated tasks This is a critical position within AquaBioTech Group, and the post holder is required to demonstrate a strong background in marketing and communications, digital marketing and design, as well as brand awareness within the aquaculture sector. They will have a diverse portfolio, some aspects of which are described below: Key Accountabilities . Create and implement an external communications strategy working across the organisation to develop creative news/content/media opportunities in line with AquaBioTech Group's overall strategy and yearly plans. . The opportunity You will become part of the Bay Level Solutions team within Hitachi Energy’s Grid Automation business. Our global customers operate in many segments, and we provide a comprehensive portfolio of world-class protection and control solutions. As Global Product Manager, you will be responsible for one of our key solution level offerings, driving its development according to market needs and managing its complete lifecycle. The position is based in Västerås, Sweden, and requires regular presence on site to collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and cross functional teams. Your responsibilities ·Lead global market intelligence, define segmentation, identify market potential related to your assigned solution, and assess competitive positioning. ·Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements, ensuring technical robustness, interoperability, and alignment with relevant standards used in digital substations. ·Define product plans, technical/price/cost targets, and manage prioritization across R&D and engineering. ·Collaborate closely with R&D, architecture, cybersecurity, and testing teams to guide development, validate concepts, and secure high quality releases that perform reliably under real operational conditions. ·Drive product communication and support implementation of marketing activities. ·Act as the interface between customers, sales, engineering, and other internal functions to ensure smooth lifecycle execution. ·Support sales and factories with application know‑how, positioning, and solution guidance across regions, including early emphasis on U.S. market needs. Your background ·B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent. ·Experience in Product Management or relevant roles within protection, control, digital substations, or software defined/virtualized architectures. ·Solid understanding of power system applications, modern P&C technologies ·Analytical and structured mindset with the ability to handle complex topics and make decisions confidently. ·Strong customer focus and awareness of global and regional market needs. ·Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures. ·Fluent in spoken and written English and willing to travel occasionally. ·Ability and willingness to work primarily on site in Västerås, Sweden, to ensure effective collaboration with core teams. Inom en av våra fyra divisioner, PCB Assembly Solutions, erbjuder vi utrustning och programvara för elektronikproduktion, såväl fristående maskiner som kompletta produktionslösningar. Våra kunder verkar vanligtvis i produktionsmiljöer med ett stort produktutbud med små till medelstora produktionsserier.  Som produktchef blir du en del av ett team om fem personer och du rapporterar till Head of Product Management. Du kommer arbeta nära kollegor inom marknadsföring, sälj, forskning och utveckling (R&D), produktion, supply chain, kundservice, applikationsteknik och ekonomi. Rollen innebär även regelbunden kontakt med kunder, leverantörer och distributörer. Tjänsten är placerad i Kista, där Mycronic har både kontor och produktion under samma tak. Arbetsuppgifter Du kommer att jobba i en bred strategisk och operativ roll där du har det övergripande ansvaret för en av Mycronics produkter inom divisionen PCB Assembly Solutions. Du ansvarar för att utveckla produktens långsiktiga tillväxt, lönsamhet och marknadsposition genom att identifiera affärsmöjligheter, utveckla produktstrategin och omsätta kund- och marknadsinsikter till en tydlig produktroadmap. Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden: Definiera produktstrategin, affärsplaner och den långsiktiga utvecklingen av produktportföljen. Äga och driva produktens roadmap samt prioritera utvecklingsinitiativ utifrån marknadstrender och kundernas behov. Säkerställa den långsiktiga lönsamheten och affärsresultaten genom kontinuerlig uppföljning av produktens prestation, marknadsposition och relevanta nyckeltal. Leda produktens hela livscykel – från koncept och utveckling till lansering, kontinuerlig vidareutveckling och end-of-life.  Samordna arbetet mellan olika funktioner för att säkerställa tydliga prioriteringar, välgrundade beslut och ett effektivt genomförande av produktstrategin och utvecklingsplanen. Driva go-to-market-aktiviteter samt stötta sälj- och marknadsorganisationen med produktpositionering, kundinsikter och konkurrensanalyser. Vi söker dig som Vi söker dig som kombinerar ett starkt affärsmässigt driv med en god teknisk förståelse och som tar ett tydligt ägarskap för ditt ansvarsområde. Du är strategisk, resultatorienterad och duktig på att omsätta kundbehov till värdeskapande produkt- och affärsbeslut. Du trivs att samarbeta tvärfunktionellt, kommunicerar tydligt och bygger förtroende såväl internt som externt.  Vidare har du:  En högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen inom industriell ekonomi, maskinteknik, elektroteknik, datateknik eller liknande.  Flerårig erfarenhet av produktledning med liknande ansvarsområden. Erfarenhet av att arbeta i eller nära produktteam, med dokumenterad förmåga att omsätta kund- och marknadsinsikter till konkreta beslut.  Mycket goda kunskaper i engelska, såväl i tal som skrift. Vi ser det som meriterande om du har:  Kunskap om relevanta tekniker, system eller standarder inom SMT, PCBA eller närliggande branscher. Erfarenhet från ett tillverkande industri- eller teknikföretag.
